REPAIR SERVICE
ars-imago is your reference to repair analog cameras and analog photographic equipment. You can require a repair only at our Rome store.

1. Requiring and confirming a price estimate

Once the material is in our store, you'll receive an email with a price estimate for the required intervention. If the intervention costs more than €45.00, we'll ask you to accept the estimate via email. If it's lower than €45.00, we'll proceed to the repair.

2.Waiting times
The waiting times is approx. 7 working days. For interventions that require longer, we'll communicate them when discussing the price estimate.

3. Confirmation and recollection
Once the intervention is complete, you'll receive a confirm email to recollect your order in our store.

4. Warranty
All the repairs are covered by a minimum warranty of 3 months. UPDATE: on most of the interventions this warranty is extended to 6 months. The extension will be communicated in the estimate phase.

5. What happens if you decline the estimate
In this specific case, a €20.00 fee will be applied because of the disassembly and handling of the material.

All the interventions are made outside the store weekly.
