It's possible to order material exclusively from the online ars-imago international s.r.l. shop after creating an account with one's personal data, that will be treated respecting the user's privacy following the D.L.30.6.2003 n. 196 and the GDPR. Non è fornito servizio di centralino o segreteria telefonica, si prega di attendere la risposta di un membro dello staff ars-imago. Gli ordini possono essere ricevuti tramite servizio di corriere espresso o ritirati presso il negozio di Via Caio Mario 25 a Roma, previo pagamento anticipato. In caso di pagamento anticipato i prodotti ordinati verranno riservati al cliente solo al momento della registrazione del pagamento.

Ritiro materiale presso negozio
Appena tutti i prodotti di un ordine risultano a magazzino, l'ordine può esser ritirato presso il negozio di Via Caio Mario 25 00192 Roma durante gli orari di apertura. Gli ordini prenotati tramite il sito non possono essere pagati in negozio, ma solo online.

La spedizione avviene tramite corriere espresso GLS, con consegna in media a 24-36 ore dal momento dell'invio, in base al CAP di destinazione. Si può richiedere un preventivo per consegna tramite corriere DHL.
Su richiesta è possibile usufruire di servizi di spedizione aggiuntivi:

-spedizione espressa entro le 12 del giorno successivo
-spedizione con preavviso telefonico
-fermo deposito con ritiro presso la sede GLS
In alcuni casi è previsto un sovrapprezzo rispetto al costo di spedizione standard. 

COME COMPILARE L'INDIRIZZO
E’ obbligatorio che i dati forniti per la consegna siano corretti e completi di indirizzo, numero civico, cap, comune, provincia. Nelle note dell’ordine chiediamo di scrivere ulteriori informazioni che agevolino la consegna per il corriere, come interno, nome del citofono e orario (eventualmente numero telefono).
Qualora i campi siano incompleti o errati, ars-imago si riserva di richiedere al cliente il costo di giacenza e dei successivi tentativi di consegna.

La spedizione del pacco dalla sede di ars-imago avviene entro 48h dall'ordine (2 giorni lavorativi), previo pagamento e disponibilità a magazzino dei prodotti acquistati. Per i prodotti non immediatamente disponibili al momento dell'ordine, l'attesa media verrà comunicata via. mail dal nostro staff.

30-days payment is allowed only after administraion's approval. The maximum uncovered amount is of 500 euros. Outside of this limit the order can be placed only with anticipated payment.

Electronic Invoicing
In presence of a VAT number to be indicated while creating an account on this website, a selling invoice will be created. The emission of such invoice is possible only if ars-imago international s.r.l. is in possession of the correct VAT number when closing the order.

Starting January 1st 2019 the electronic invoicing will be mandatory for all resident, established subjects in Italy or for all subjects that have a VAT number and are identified by it in Italy, unless justified excemption. No more PDF invoicing wil be allowed, only XML ones.

To properly manage the emission and sending of the electronic invoicings, we ask clients to tell us their 7 character SDI code as given by the Agenzia delle Entrate and the PEC address. The data has to be corrected under the client's responsibility. If the data are not correct the invoicing can't be assured.

Selling prices
All the published prices are comprehensive of value added tax, but not of shipment prices. These prices could be variated without forewarning. ars-imago International s.r.l. reserves its right to edit models, prices, descriptions and availability of its product without forewarning, except for errors and omissions.

Right of withdrawal
All the online sales are regulated by the Italian law D.Lgs n. 185 del 22/05/1999 that regulates the distanced contracts, created outside of the physical store. This law comprehends the right of withdrawal for the client, meaning that they can give back the purchased item/s obtaining a refund of the purchase price. The mentioned DL 185 del 22/05/1999 is applicable only to the mail orders. The client can give back the item/s within 10 working days from the day they have received the item/s if the withdrawal is forewardly communicated through registered mail with advice of delivery (art. 5 c. D.L. 185/99) sent to our address: ars-imago international s.r.l. Via Caio Mario 25 00192 ROMA. The right of withdrawal can be communicated through telegramm, fax or similar mediums, within 10 working days from the day the item/s has/have been received, nonetheless aregistered mail with advice of delivery should be sent within 48hrs from the first written communication. The given back item/s will be accepted only if the product have the original packaging adequately sealed containing the original packing and item/s in perfect conditions. The risks and shipping costs for the substitution of the item/s will be totally charged to the client. The refund of the amount spent by the client will be immediately transmitted through postal check after checking the conditions of the given back goods.

Photographic second hand selling conditions
In our Rome Store it's possible to sell your second hand photographic gear with a conto vendita contract. A valid ID document and signing a conto vendita contract (see below) is required if the client is an adult. If they are not adult, a valid ID document of a parent or legal tutor is required.
- When handing the material, ars-imago s.rl. reserves the right to evaluate and consider it suitable to be sold; the material has to be related to tools, accessories and cameras related to analog photography. Hence, gear such as cameras, enlarger, flashes and light meters etc. will be accepted
- The photographic material must be handed in good working conditions. If it's not, the owner has to provide for a repair to his expense before selling it through the conto vendita contract
- The material deposit, withdrawable by the owner of the item at any time, has a minimum duration of 45 days. At its ending ars-imago, together with the owner, can modify the established price for the material.
- ars-imago international s.r.l. will receive a 25% commission on the item's sale price
- When the item is sold, a countersigned copy of the conto vendita contract will be provided. This copy will certify the not amendable end of the service given by ars-imago international s.r.l.
- In no case a society or body can use the conto vendita contract, that is permitted only to privates with a valid ID document.

For the client purchasing material that's in the conto vendita:
- the material is verified and working, and it's sold only after the direct acknowledgement of the imminent selling by the owner.
- ars-imago international s.r.l. reserves the right to consider possible malfunctions declarations within 14 days from the day of purchase, after acknowledging that there are no damages due to the purchaser neglect or improper use of the good.
- at the moment of purchase a fiscal receipt will be given (the operation is not in the VAT subjected ones) according to art.1 of the D.P.R. Del 26/10/72 n°633 and following modifications.

Processing of personal data - Privacy
Data processing happens through manual, informatic and telematic tools, by ars-imago international s.r.l. structures and it happens respecting of what established by the "Tutela della persona e di altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali" (D.L.gsvo 30.6.2003 n. 196) law, known as "legge sulla privacy". We assure the maximum confidentiality: data processing is made exclusively with the aim of providing updates about initiatives and offers made by ars-imago international s.r.l.. The users' data won't be communicated or shared with third parts and the users can require the cancelation of such data at any time. The clients that are registered on www.ars-imago.com have a permanent right to access and modification of their personal date, in accordance with the Italian law. The client can send every communication to this regard via email.

Signing in to the mailing list service
ars-imago international s.r.l. reserves the possibility to send emails for marketing purposes or promotional purposes on its products, exclusively to those clients that explicitly require it through the registration process on the website. The client has the possibility to request the interruption of the mailing list service or to modify the settings in their account preferences.

Online customers' responsibilities
